Google Data We Access
Based on the permissions granted by the user, CRMHike may access:
Google Account Information
- Name
- Email address
- Google Account identifier
- Profile information
- Email messages that the user chooses to view through CRMHike
- Email metadata required for CRM functionality
- Draft email content created through CRMHike
- Email sending functionality on behalf of the user
- Calendar list information
- Calendar events
- Calendars created or managed by CRMHike
- Files and documents that the user chooses to access through CRMHike
- File metadata necessary to display and manage Google Drive content
How We Use Google User Data
Google user data is used solely to provide CRMHike functionality, including:

Upon verification of a deletion request, CRMHike will delete applicable user data unless retention is required by law.
Google API Services User Data Policy
CRMHike's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Google Workspace data accessed through Gmail, Calendar, and Drive APIs is used only to provide user-requested functionality and is never sold to third parties.
